Post office
You can send your postcards and letters using the services of Serbian Postal Service. At post office counters you can receive money via Western Union and send or receive post from over 50 countries via Express Mail Service.

Cell phone networks
There are three cell phone operators. Prepaid cards can be purchased in offices of these operators and in most of the of newsstands. The price of these prepaid cards is around 200 RSD (about 2 €), and cell phone credit can be also be bought on newsstands.
Public Telephone Booths
While staying in Serbia the system of public telephone booths – “Halo govornice” – is at visitors’ disposal.
“Halo phone cards” can be purchased at post offices and on the newsstands. The sales price is written on each card, which is also the value of credit for making calls. The cards are for one-time use and after all the credit is spent it is necessary to buy a new card.
Dialing codes
Cities in Serbia have three digit dialing codes with the initial 0 (for example, the dialing code for Belgrade is 011). The area code for Serbia in international traffic is +381.

To call Serbia from abroad dial:
• The appropriate international code + the area code for Serbia (381) + the area code for the city in Serbia (without the initial 0) + the phone number of the subscriber.
To call a foreign country from Serbia dial:
• The international code 00 + the country area code + the city area code (without 0) + the telephone number of the subscriber

Communication with the world
There are numerous Internet cafes in every city in Serbia, and if you have a laptop computer free wireless internet is also available in a number of parks.
There are also several public phone numbers for Internet access that is charged via your phone bill.
