Set on the first floor of the monumental Geozavod building, Salon 1905 offers one of Belgrade’s most distinctive dining experiences. Before the first course arrives, its soaring ceilings, marble surfaces, golden details and grand columns establish a sense of occasion.
The restaurant’s cuisine draws inspiration from Serbian and Balkan culinary heritage, presenting familiar ingredients and regional flavours through contemporary techniques and carefully composed tasting menus. Seasonal produce plays an important role, allowing the experience to evolve throughout the year.
Salon 1905 is designed for unhurried dining. The architecture, attentive service and presentation of each course are treated as parts of a complete experience rather than separate elements. The restaurant is included in the 2026 Michelin Guide Serbia and is also a member of JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs, an international association of independently owned fine dining restaurants.
