Set within Kremna Concept, at the meeting point of Tara, Zlatibor and Mokra Gora, Restoran Radgost brings a contemporary culinary sensibility to the rural landscapes of western Serbia. Surrounded by nature and conceived as the gastronomic heart of the complex, the restaurant combines the warmth of mountain hospitality with an elegant, carefully designed atmosphere.
The kitchen is led by chef Nemanja Janković, whose experience in refined coastal dining has shaped a menu that respects local ingredients without treating tradition as something fixed. Warm bread from the wood-fired oven, young kajmak, handmade meat pie and Tara porcini mushrooms are followed by slow-roasted lamb, beech-smoked trout and carefully prepared meat dishes. Familiar flavours are presented with restraint, allowing the produce and character of the region to remain at the centre of the plate.
The experience continues through a thoughtful selection of Serbian wines, local fruit brandies, homemade juices and herbal tea from Tara. Even the restaurant’s name carries the idea of hospitality: inspired by Radgost, the Slavic protector of the home and its guests, it reflects a culture in which every traveller arriving at the table is welcomed as part of the household.
