Set among the wooded slopes of Fruška Gora, FIG is a restaurant whose story begins with the landscape around it. Located in Rakovac, within the Imperator & Salaxia winery estate, it offers an elegant escape from the city where nature, local ingredients and contemporary Serbian cuisine come together.
The kitchen draws inspiration from the flavours of Srem and the changing seasons. Ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers are transformed into carefully composed dishes that feel both familiar and inventive – from the restaurant’s distinctive interpretation of gibanica to seasonal mushrooms and refined regional specialities.
