A restored early-20th-century villa on the promenade, where the elegance of old Vrnjačka Banja meets an intimate boutique stay.
A Villa That Remembers the Old Spa Town
Long before Vrnjačka Banja became Serbia’s best-known spa destination, elegant villas were already appearing beside its parks and mineral springs. Built in 1906, today’s Vila Emilia has watched the town change for more than a century, carrying different names and welcoming generations of visitors along the way.
Its latest chapter began with a careful renovation that preserved the villa’s historic character while introducing contemporary comfort. Today, 13 individually styled rooms and apartments overlook the promenade, park and neighbouring old villas, creating a stay that feels both central and pleasantly intimate.
Morning begins with the town just beyond the windows. Guests can step directly onto the promenade, explore Vrnjačka Banja on foot, return for a meal at the restaurant or retreat to the wellness area. Vila Emilia does not separate its guests from the destination – it allows them to become part of its everyday rhythm and enduring spa-town story.
