Smoked Ham Fair – Pršutijada 2014

The traditional Smoked Ham Fair – Pršutijada, starts on Friday the January the 10th in Zlatibor mountain in village Mačkat and lasts until Sunday January the 12th.

At the Smoked Ham Fair there is the competition of the beef and pork smoked ham, sausages and bacon producers, together with the interesting cultural and entertaining programme.

Visitors will have opportunity to taste and buy the famous specialties of Zlatibor. The event will be followed by old songs and trumpeters, whose sounds can be heard from all corners of the fair tent, but outside.

Each year, the fair offers a rich cultural program, various handicraft exhibitions, and lectures in the field of agriculture.
