Tuesday’s round of the technical dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina has been cancelled in Brussels, Head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Marko Djuric posted on his Twitter account.

At least three explosions rocked Brussels early on Tuesday, two at an airport and one at a metro station close to the capital’s European quarter. The city has been gripped by panic, and media are reporting that the airport was struck by a suicide bomber.
