Tucked into the landscape of Kopaonik at an altitude of approximately 1,650 metres, Sofia Mountain Home offers the privacy of an independent house with the comfort and considered design of a luxury retreat. Surrounded by mountain scenery yet only a short drive from the centre of the resort, it is intended for travellers who want to experience Kopaonik beyond the atmosphere of a conventional hotel.
The spacious 180-square-metre house can accommodate up to twelve guests and is particularly well suited to families and groups of friends travelling together. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens provide enough space for shared moments as well as privacy. At its heart is a large open-plan living and dining area, where a fireplace, generous seating and wide views create a natural gathering place after a day on the mountain.
Contemporary interiors are balanced by warm materials, natural textures and details inspired by the alpine setting. Underfloor heating adds comfort during the winter months, while a terrace, garden and barbecue area extend the experience outdoors when the weather allows. Families benefit from a small indoor playroom, while fast fibre-optic internet makes the house practical for longer stays and guests combining leisure with remote work.
A private garage provides two parking spaces, with three additional spaces in front of the house. During the ski season, shuttle transport is available to and from the nearby Treska ski slope. Breakfast and dinner can also be arranged for an additional charge, allowing guests to enjoy the independence of a private house without giving up the convenience of selected hotel-style services.
