As many as 39.2 percent of respondents who took part in a new poll said they “do not believe politicians they vote for when they watch them on TV.”

This was one of the results of the survey carried out by B92 and the Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID).

Respondents were also asked if they would turn out to vote in the April 24 elections, which party they plan to vote for, and whom they wish to see as Serbia’s next prime minister. The results will be presented on TV B92 on Monday afternoon.

Starting from today, TV B92’s News at 16:00 and 20:00 CET on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays will feature opinion polls on issues ranging from elections topics to respondents’ appraisal of the work of the current government. Participants will also be asked whom they trust more: politicians or the television, and whether they lean toward Europe or Russia.
