Besides the celebration, lovely wishes and holiday resolutions, New year has brought the first snowflakes to the cities around Serbia. Because of the fairy-tale images of white roofs, sparkling windows and children who are playing in the snow cheerfully, cold, January air has been taken over by the real holiday atmosphere.

To the delight of those who enjoy the magic of the white cover, sledding, snowballing and other winter activities, first snow has finally arrived. Large, white snowlakes have made the youngest ones the happiest, no doubt. Last year’s sleds have finally welcomed the new season, and the streets were filled with a bunch of kids who were exchanging snowballs, ideas for the Snowman and sincere smiles.

On the first snowy day of the year, neither city squares nor parks and familiar meeting points were empty. Moreover, large number of people have decided to take a walk and enjoy the winter wonderland with a cup of some hot drink. Similar atmosphere was around ski centers and mountain resorts. We are taking you on a snowy tour around Serbia!
