Serbian diaspora has sent more than 2 billion euros from January until September this year to their relatives in Serbia, and the largest amount of money comes from Germany, Switzerland, France, Austria, as National Serbian Bank announced.
According to the NSB’s data, in the period of 9 months, 2,12 billion euros has come to Serbia, and with that amount of money,as Tanjug says it is possible to build 10 bridges like Zemun-Borca.
During the first 6 months in 2015, the most money came from Germany -325,48 million euros, from Switzerland 206,66 million and 160,71 million euros from France.
Forth on the list of the countries is Austria with 127,26 millions, and the fifth is Croatia with 105,25 million euros.
Throughout the year, diaspora has sent 2,6 billion euros to Serbia. NSB’s data shows that in 2014 the biggest amount of money came from 629,21 million euros, from Switzerland 380,28 million, and 234,41 million euros from Austria. In the forth place was France with 224,96 million euros and Croatia as the fifth country with 201,21 million euros.
