More than 100 young children of pre-school age from 17 Belgrade municipalities have today celebrated their day from 11 am with singing, dancing and recitation in the Pioneer City. The opportunity to support them and remind the public of their rights have used Serbian athletes Novak Đoković and Ana Ivanović.

I have the right to live, hope and make friends.. – the children were counting from the Children Government’s platform. With children songs, playful kids have prepared their performings. The pre-school institution of every municipality had their appearance that they have been preparing along with their teachers.

This way, Children’s Day or International Children’s Day was celebrated in Belgrade. Support for the kids came from tennis players Novak and Ana, paying special attention to children’s rights.

Universal Children’s Day has been established by the General Government of the United Nations in 1954 in order to promote mutual interactions and understanding among children.
