The Trial Chamber of the Hague Tribunal requested from Serbia Wednesday to file detailed reports on activities taken to extradite three members of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) every two weeks until they are arrested.

The three-member chamber found during a hearing today that Serbia had failed to act on the tribunal’s warrant to extradite the SNS members, Vjerica Radeta, Petar Jojic and Jovo Ostojic, for over a year now.

The Trial Chamber instructed Serbia to file detailed reports on what has been done on this account every two weeks until the arrest.

The extradition warrant was issued in January 2015.

The three men are accused of contempt of court for intimidating, offering bribes to and influencing witnesses in the case against Vojislav Seselj, and have ruled out the possibility of voluntary surrender.
