Sunlight that is cuddling your face, temperature above the average for this time of year, parks and streets busy with people who enjoy the warm autumn days. This is how cities and places around Serbia look like when spring days show up here in November.

In the second week of November, residents of Serbia have come across real spring temperatures. Thermometer showed 23 degrees yesterday, and for today are also announced temperatures above 20 degrees. Citizens of Belgrade have welcomed these days with surprise but not unprepared. Streets, squares, promenades and quays have been filled with people in no time.

It is a real pleasure to have a cup of coffee with a view of Sava and the Danube, cuddled by the warm, November sun. If you add the view of parks colored in gold, red, green and yellow leaves, you get the idyllic picture of autumn which can rarely be seen in such an unusual combination with spring.

What is interesting is that the capital city is covered with Christmas decorations, so someone could end up confused about which season has come. Plants are blooming as it is April, glittering decorations of the streets of Belgrade are telling us that New Year is approaching, and the calendar shows that it is November. Autumn can be a little bit confusing, right?

Anyways, if you still haven’t, you should definitely make the most of these last spring days in November. Walk around a park, a picnic in nature or coffee at some balcony exposed to the Sun is a unique opportunity to feel the spring in the middle of the fall.
