The analysis was attended by Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic, Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic, the Serbian Armed Forces Chief of Staff, General Ljubisa Dikovic, and members of the collegiums of the defence minister and the chief of staff, the Defence Ministry said in a statement.
The analysis included a review of the Armed Forces’ work results in 2015, achievements in building operative and functional capabilities, capabilities of the ground forces, the air force and anti-aircraft defence forces, the training command – and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole – for accomplishing assigned missions, as well as elements of operative and functional capabilities for 2015 and other matters impacting the maintaining and development of the Armed Forces’ capabilities.
Tasks for maintaining and improving the capabilities in 2016 were also defined, the statement said.
