The Serbia men’s national water polo team defeated France 15-10 (2-3, 3-4, 6-0, 4-3) in the World League Group B Round 4 in Strasbourg Tuesday.

Head coach Dejan Savic’s rejuvenated team was two goals behind at half-time, but won the third quarter 6-0 in a fantastic display to chinch the group top spot with four wins out of as many games.

Andrija Prlainovic scored four goals, Filip Filipovic netted three, while Nikola Jaksic, Dusko Pijetlovic and Strahinja Rasovic all scored two goals. Sava Randjelovic and Slobodan Nikic each scored a goal.

Spain beat Montenegro 10-8 in the other Group B match.
