Serbian Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic on Monday received a farewell visit from US Ambassador Michael Kirby, thanking him for his exceptional cooperation and great contribution to improvement of the rule of law and the judiciary in Serbia.
Selakovic said that Kirby’s assistance and support have made a great contribution to improving the Serbian judiciary, in particular as regards enhancing the efficiency of misdemeanour courts and the Administrative Court, as well as the work of the Judicial Academy, an official statement said.
Kirby thanked Selakovic for the excellent past cooperation, noting that the Serbian judiciary has improved over the past three and a half years.
