Serbia will respond to the Hague Tribunal’s requests for detailed reports on activities taken to arrest and extradite three members of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) within the set time-frame, Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic said on Wednesday.

“Our competent authorities will respond within the given deadlines. This is today, February 24, and the deadline for other sort of reply is March 15,” Selakovic told TV B92.

On February 10, the Hague Tribunal requested from Serbia to file detailed reports on activities taken to extradite Vjerica Radeta, Petar Jojic and Jovo Ostojic every two weeks until they are arrested.

The SRS members are accused of contempt of court for intimidating, offering bribes to and influencing witnesses in the case against Vojislav Seselj, and have ruled out the possibility of voluntary surrender.
