Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga has ratified an agreement with the Netherlands on the organization of the institution of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution (KRSJI), her office said in a release late on Monday.
According to the release, posted on the Kosovo president website, Jahjaga ratified the agreement based on her constitutional prerogatives on ratification of agreements.
By ratifying the agreement, Kosovo has met all its international obligations related to the establishment of the Special Court, said the release.
The agreement was signed on February 15 and was received by the office of the Kosovo president eight days later, the release said.
