The 10th International Ethnic Food and Drink Fair has been opened today by Serbian Minster of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Snezana Bogosavljevic Boskovic, and during the forthcoming 4 days at the Fair, there will be 2.000 different handmade traditional food and organically grown products of over 400 exhibitors.
Bogosavljevic Boskovic said that traditional products should be in the focus of manifestations like these because they are of value for the agriculture of every country.
She noted that Serbia owns the potential for the production of traditonal products having said that her Ministry would always support and help organizing a manifestition like this Fair is, a manifestation which promotes Serbian agriculture and Serbian village.
Besides the manifacturers from Serbia, at the fair under the slogan „Establishment of ethno-products brand“, manifacturers of food and drink from India, Greece, Macedonia, Republika Srpska and Italy will be also presented.
