Serbian parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic has offered condolences to Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Ismail Kahraman over Sunday’s attack in Ankara that killed 37 people and wounded 125 people.
On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and on her own behalf, Gojkovic offered her deepest condolences to her Turkish counterpart Kahraman and to the families of the victims.
“It is with great sadness that we have received the news of the latest terrorist attack in the center of Ankara, which killed many innocent citizens. We wish to express our solidarity and support for efforts of the people and government of Turkey to combat terrorism, which threatens common values of democracy and human rights,” Gojkovic said on Monday.
