Gazprom Neft and its Serbian subsidiary NIS, along with the Novak Djokovic Foundation, have renovated ten physics and chemistry school labs in Serbia.

This has taken place over the past three months, with the latest, the physics lab of the Smederevska Palanka Gymnasium, opening on Friday.

This high school was one of the education facilities damaged in last year’s floods. Previously, schools in Obrenovac, Svilajnac, Lazarevac, Krupanj, Ub, Petrovac-na-Mlavi, Valjevo, Sabac, and Paracin also received new labs.

Gazprom Neft, NIS, and their employees, collected RSD 30 million for the campaign aimed at showing solidarity and providing assistance to the affected areas.

The project significantly contributes to youth education – “one of NIS and Gazprom Neft’s main corporate social responsibility priorities.”
