InterFest, wine festival

The 9th International Wine Festival, InterFest 2012, is taking place from the 5th to the 7th of July at Freedom square (Trg Slobode) in Novi Sad. The biggest wine festival in the region will present the best wine makers from the region, 100 wineries from 10 countries, and visitors will have opportunity to sample some of the best wines.

Beside Serbian wineries from Šid, Vranje, Banatski Karlovci, Valjevo, Čerević, visitors will enjoy the sparkling wine with gold flakes, which comes from the winery Kauran from Styria region in Slovenia. Croatia will also be promoting its wines. Also the soothing smell of the best lavender oil from Croatian fields will fill the square, also olives and cheese sampling will be organized.

Wine lovers will be introduced to rich wine offer of Macedonia, and also wines from the largest European and world wine countries.
