Huchen Days

The “Huchen Days” manifestation takes place on July 7th and 8th in Bajina Bašta.
It’s a Huchen and Grayling fishing competition, including the competition in preparing fish soup.
The manifestation also includes the exhibition of kids’ art works and the panel on the Drina River.
Fishermen will be competing on a 45 kilometers long trail from Perućac to Bačevac.
The winner gets the title of “the King of the Drina”. Beside the fishing competition, the popular “Drinski kotlić” (Drina fish pot) will also gather the teams from around the country in order to compete in preparation of fish soup.
The motto of the manifestation is – clean river bank and the Drina rich in fish.
