Exit festival 2012, Day 3

Queen of neo-soul, Erykah Badu, is the star of the night on Saturday, July 14th, at the Main Stage, where she will be joined by the popular British rapper Plan B and the American hardcore band, Suicidal Tendencies. Električni Orgazam and Obojeni Program will be performing at the Fusion Stage, while Tijana T & Maja Uzelac will be burning some vinyl at the Dance Arena.

Once again at Exit, the leaders of skate punk and crossover trash music genre, will be performing in front of much more numerous audience at this year’s Exit at 21.00. This “American institution” of hardcore punk, led by famous Mike Muir, has eight albums under their belt, while the ninth album is expected to be published this year. The band, whose performances were even banned for alleged links of its members with the violence, guarantees a unique spectacle for fans of “harder” sound.

Plan B

The British “The Guardian” wrote about him, and the song III Manors and the video for that song started a revolution in music blogosphere on the Island. Young Brit Ben Drew, better known as Plan B, is known as a famous rapper, songwriter, actor and film director. A unique combination of his music and film interests came true in film III Manors that he directed. The film is named after his song of the same name that is at the same time the film soundtrack. According to critics, Plan B is best when he writes about social alienation, and that style has won the music scene. Plan B will be performing at 22.30.

Erykah Badu

Four time Grammy-winning queen of neo-soul brings us some of her biggest singles, as well as some new hits from her latest album. Midnight is reserved for rhythms of American blues, jazz, funk and soul that will shake the Main Stage. Writing the pages of the history of soul music, since her debut album Baduism from 1997, Erykah Badu has won the hearts of millions of fans around the world, and her performance guarantees us an unforgettable fun. This soul diva has announced exclusively 2 new albums for this year.
