Carnival of Pančevo 2013

The traditional tenth International Pančevo Carnival will be held on June the 14th and June the15th at several locations in Pančevo.
Pančevo Carnival is a mix of different traditions and cultures from all around the world and an integral part of the international cooperation and exchange. This Carnival is the first international carnival event in Serbia which is contributed to Pancevo become a European carnival city and seat of the FECC for Serbia.
A large number of carnival and dance groups, entertainers and numerous creative workshops will make the great fun for domestic audience and guests from the other parts of Serbia and abroad.
Traditionally, international Pancevo Carnival procession will be led by more than 1,000 children with the involvement of a large number of schools, children’s institutions and organizations.
Pančevo has a long carnival tradition, dates back to the 19th century. Today, Pančevo The Carnival is one of the funniest and happiest events in the city of Pančevo, and it hosts a large numbers of visitors, participants, ambassadors and senior officials from the country and abroad.
