Mogherini said in a release following the meeting that the talks had been held in a very good atmosphere, and that the officials had discussed the implementation of the agreements reached so far.
“It was confirmed today that the mutual acceptance of educational and professional diplomas and certificates is becoming a reality,” she said.
“We also significantly advanced on the implementation of the agreement on Freedom of Movement, in particular on the provisions on license plates,” she added.
Both sides also agreed to start discussions on direct air and rail connections, Mogherini said.
BRUSSELS – The EU’s foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, who facilitated Wednesday’s round of the top-level dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, said the discussion had also focused on the commitment of both sides to work on the implementation of the agreement on the Community of Serb municipalities.
