The Serbian Movement Dveri and the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Tuesday signed a coalition agreement to run for local and provincial elections, stressing that they would be fighting for calling parliamentary elections as well.

Dveri leader Bosko Obradovic and DSS leader Sanda Raskovic Ivic said that they were forming a new patriotic block, so that those in Serbia opposing accession to the European Union (EU) could have someone to vote for.

At the beginning of the election year, the patriotic coalition is officially creating a new force that will be a big surprise in the elections, Dveri cited  Obradovic as saying in a release.
