President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik has said that instituting a revision of the judgment in the Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) v Serbia genocide case, which BiH Presidency Chairman BiH Bakir Izetbegovic was calling for, was out of the question.

Dodik said that “such a Bakir Izetbegovic cannot be an agent of peace and stability.”

Commenting on a statement by the Bosniak member of the three-partite BiH presidency that The Hague tribunal’s verdict against Karadzic should be analyzed and that if new elements were found, BiH should request a revision of the judgment in the genocide case it had intsituted against Serbia, Dodik said that Izetbegovic was not BiH and could not institute or launch anything on behalf of BiH.

“There is no one who would, acting on behalf of Republika Srpska and Serbs, join his request to renew the charges against Serbia at the International Court of Justice in The Hague,” stressed Dodik.

Observing that reinstituting any lawsuit on behalf of BiH would mean that it had been approved by Republika Srpska and the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Dodik stressed that it he was fully confident that Mladen Ivanic, or anyone else for that matter, would not give their consent.
