Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Marko Djuric described on Wednesday (Kosovo Minister for Dialogue) Edita Tahiri’s proposal for a demarcation of borders to be discussed in Brussels as a malicious and futile attempt at scoring easy political points among Kosovo Albanians.

The proposal is ridiculous as there is no border between Kosovo-Metohija and central Serbia, so there cannot be talks on any demarcation, he underscored.

“Only the state of Serbia has its borders, recognized by the United Nations,” Djuric told reporters.

The Kosovo minister for dialogue has said that Pristina is demanding that “the demarcation of the border with Serbia” be put on the agenda of the Brussels dialogue, the Zeri daily based in Pristina reported on Tuesday.
