Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said during a meeting he had with German Federal Foreign Office Political Director Andreas Michaelis in Belgrade Tuesday that relations between Serbia and Germany were good, characterized by intensive cooperation in all fields, high-level dialogue and consistent improvement.

According to a release from the Serbian Foreign Ministry, Dacic said that Germany was one of the prime corporate partners and investors in Serbia and the biggest bilateral development aid donor, expressing the hope that Serbia and Germany would continue improving their political dialogue and overall cooperation.

Michaelis said that he was pleased to observe that Serbia had made substantial progress over the previous few years, both in bilateral relations with Germany and development in Serbia.
