Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic opened on Thursday a factory of Turkish parts supplier Teklas Kaucuk which will invest EUR 11.35 million in total.
A ribbon was cut by Prime Minister Vucic and Turkish Ambassador to Serbia Mehmet Kemal Bozay, and the opening ceremony was also attended by Ministers Rasim Ljajic and Zeljko Sertic.
The investment will be completed by 2018, with 400 jobs created in the first quarter and 1,200 in total, when the profit is expected to stand at EUR 20 million.
Teklas Kaucuk was founded in 1971 with an emphasis on the automotive industry.
The company designs, develops and produces fluid circulation systems and windscreen wiper systems for major car makers across the world.
This company plans to produce low-pressure fluid circulation systems in Vladicin Han.
