Numerous medals, successes and records are something that Serbian sportspeople will remember 2015 for. For that reason, Olympic Committee of Serbia had a very difficult task of announcing the most successful sportsmen, teams and coaches of the current season. We present you the best of the best!

The flattering title of the most successful sportsman according to the many went to Novak Djoković, as expected. In the women competition, the most outstanding one is Ivana Španović, who has won the bronze at World Championship and gold medal at the European Championship.

The title of men’s team with most success went to our National Water polo team who won the gold medal at World Championship, while the most successful women’s team is the basketball team from Serbia. The young sportsman in the selection of Olympic Committee of Serbia for 2015 is Taekwondo player Tijana Bogdanović, while the title of the most successful coach went to the coach of men’s National Water polo team Dejan Savić.

In the year when the first European games were held, Olympic Committee of Serbia also announced the most successful sportsmen at this event in men’s and women’s competition. Damir Mikec with two gold medals won is the most outstanding sportsman, while in the women’s competition the trophy will go to Dalma Benedek Ružičić and Milica Starović who won the gold medal in the K2 500m discipline and were the fifth place in the K4 500m discipline.

The Day of Olympic Committee of Serbia where the trophies will be presented to the most outstanding ones will be held on the 17th of December at 20:00, at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
