“Novi Sad proudly marks November 25 and remembers all the decisions of the 1918 Great National Assembly,” Vucevic said.
“The essence is that there be no revision of history and we are witnessing permanent attempts to achieve a revision. It must be said loud and clear that the Great National Assembly of Banat, Backa and Baranja made the decision on November 25, 1918 – and the Great National Assembly of Syrmia decided a day before – on the unification with the Kingdom of Serbia, and it was only after this that they decided together to move towards the creation of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes,” he noted.
