Roaf said during a meeting the IMF delegation had with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic today that he believed that the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Serbia would not affect the continuation of reforms.
He added that reduction of public debt, rationalization and structural reforms were the biggest challenges for Serbia, but achievements so far were encouraging and promising.
The prime minister and the IMF delegation met to discuss the fourth review of the precautionary stand-by arrangement between the Serbian government and the financial institution.
