Serbian Minister of Social Affairs Aleksandar Vulin stated on Thursday that the number of migrants entering Serbia from the direction of Macedonia has fallen considerably, adding that Serbia still acts in an organized and humane way.

“The number of migrants has fallen considerably. Yesterday there were only a few hundreds of them, today we expect the maximum number of 3,000. This means that during the night three trains will arrive from Presevo to Sid,” Vulin told reporters in Kraljevo.

“They stay for a very short time and continue their journey to the Western Europe,” Vulin said, stressing that Serbia has capacities for their accommodation during the winter.
