Managing director of FK Partizan Miloš Vazura confirmed that entire Executive Board has resigned after the defeat against Augzburg 3:1 and elimination from Europa League.
„The resignations were handed in last night collectively by the Executive Board. The Club Assembly will be scheduled during the forthcoming 30 days. I will be at the head of the club during the technical mandate“, said Vazura.
Vazura stressed that the guilt for the elimination from Europa League is on the management.
„ All the stakes were at the Europe, this is the difficult day for Partizan. The management is responsible for that and we don’t want to lay the blame on the players. However, if they had won there wouldn’t have been need for resignations“, said Vazura and added that Ljubinko Drulović will coach the team until the end of the mid-season.
