The agreement was formally signed in Paris by the President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia Slobodan Milošević, President of Croatia Franjo Tuđman, and President of Bosnia and Herzegovina Alija Izetbegović.
The peace agreement was reached at Dayton on November 21st under the influence, or under the pressure from the international community and that way the War in Bosnia and Herzegovina was ended. (1992-1995).
The full and formal agreement was signed in Paris and witnessed by French President Jacques Chirac, U.S. President Bill Clinton, UK Prime Minister John Major, German Chancellor Helmut Kohl and Russian Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin.
The Republic of Serbia covers 49 per cent of the territory, and Bosnia and Herzegovina 51 per cent.
