This is a place of enchanting beauty, fertile soil and great strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These fascinating traits were recognized by thousands of rare, endangered and protected animal and plant species which have been living in Zasavica for past several decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zasavica, the magnificent nature reserve which spreads over 1825 hectares, is located in west-central\u00a0Serbia, in the southern part of Vojvodina and northern part of Ma\u010dva, east from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/visit-serbia\/natural-beauties\/rivers-lakes\/the-drina-river-a-wild-emerald-beauty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Drina<\/a>\u00a0river and south from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/visit-serbia\/natural-beauties\/rivers-lakes\/the-sava-river-helper-of-zeus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sava<\/a>\u00a0river.
