Ovi mali, ukusni, ro\u0161tiljski specijaliteti od mlevenog mesa obi\u010dno se slu\u017ee uz toplu lepinju, crni luk i dodatak ajvara ili kajmaka. Iako su \u0107evapi omiljeni \u0161irom Balkana, Srbija ima bogatu istoriju i svoj poseban pristup ovom kultnom jelu. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hajde da zaronimo u poreklo srpskih \u0107evapa, istra\u017eimo tradicionalni recept i otkrijemo neke zanimljive \u010dinjenice o ovom popularnom jelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poreklo \u0107evapa u Srbiji<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0106evapi su jelo sa<strong> dubokim istorijskim korenima, \u010dije poreklo datira iz vremena Osmanskog carstva.<\/strong> Sama re\u010d \u201e\u0107evap\u201d poti\u010de od persijske re\u010di <em>&#8220;kebab&#8221;,<\/em> koja se odnosi na meso pe\u010deno na otvorenoj vatri. U po\u010detku su bili pod uticajem turskog kebaba, ali su Srbi dodali sopstvene za\u010dine i meso, stvaraju\u0107i <strong>jedinstven ukus koji razlikuje srpske \u0107evape od drugih balkanskih varijanti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tradicionalni recept za srpske \u0107evape<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema srpskih \u0107evapa mo\u017ee izgledati jednostavno, ali postizanje savr\u0161ene ravnote\u017ee ukusa i teksture zahteva da se obrati posebna pa\u017enja na detalje. Evo tradicionalnog recepta za pripremu autenti\u010dnih srpskih \u0107evapa kod ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500g mlevene junetine (mo\u017ee se koristiti i me\u0161avina junetine i svinjetine ili jagnjetine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 mala glavica crnog luka, sitno iseckana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u010dena belog luka, sitno iseckana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ka\u0161i\u010dica crnog bibera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ka\u0161i\u010dica sode bikarbone (za meko\u0107u)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ka\u0161i\u010dica aleve paprike (opciono)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ka\u0161ika mineralne vode (za dodatnu so\u010dnost)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uputstvo:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Priprema smese za \u0107evape<\/strong>: U velikoj posudi, pome\u0161ajte mleveno meso, sitno iseckan crni luk, beli luk, so, biber i opciono alevu papriku. Dodajte sodu bikarbonu i mineralnu vodu, \u0161to poma\u017ee da meso ostane mekano i so\u010dno. Dobro izme\u0161ajte sve sastojke, mesite smesu nekoliko minuta kako bi se sve lepo povezalo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oblikovanje \u0107evapa<\/strong>: Kada je smesa dobro izme\u0161ana, pokrijte posudu i stavite je u fri\u017eider najmanje jedan sat (ili preko no\u0107i) kako bi se ukusi sjedinili. Nakon hla\u0111enja, oblikujte smesu u male, cilindri\u010dne kobasice, du\u017eine oko 5-7 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pe\u010denje \u0107evapa<\/strong>: Zagrejte ro\u0161tilj ili tiganj na srednje visoku temperaturu. Lagano prema\u017eite povr\u0161inu uljem i stavite \u0107evape da se peku.
