To je otprilike izgledalo ovako: hleb koji je star minimum tri dana se isecka na kockice, a u duboku \u0161erpu se naspe voda, doda so i kockica putera. Belmu\u017e<\/h3>\n<p>Sada <strong>zaboravite na kalorije, kilograme i dijetu!<\/strong> Razlog? \u010cari <em>tradicionalnog jela iz isto\u010dne Srbije<\/em>. Verujte nam, ne\u0107ete za\u017ealiti! Zbog toga ga \u010de\u0161\u0107e pripremaju mu\u0161karci, a za pripremu je potreban mladi kravlji ili ov\u010diji sir koji ne sme da odstoji vi\u0161e od dva dana, kukuruzno bra\u0161no i so. Cicvara<\/h3>\n<p>Miris cicvare je nekada bio naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i <em>znak da je jutro svanulo i da je doru\u010dak na stolu<\/em>. Iako se ovo \u00a0tradicionalno jelo u srpskim doma\u0107instvima pravilo gotovo svakodnevno, <strong>danas je veoma zapostavljeno<\/strong>. Ipak, dobra doma\u0107a cicvara se i sad mo\u017ee na\u0107i na meniju mnogih srpskih doma\u0107ica ali i restorana doma\u0107e kuhinje. Za to vreme izgnje\u010dite sir, dodajte ulje, kajmak i pavlaku pa sve zajedno stavite u posudu sa mlekom. Kada smesa provri, polako, uz stalno me\u0161anje dodajte kukuruzno bra\u0161no. Me\u0161ajte dok se smesa ne zgusne. Sklonite sa vatre, pa prohladjeno poslu\u017eite uz kiselo mleko ili jogurt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekstra savet: Za dobru cicvaru je najva\u017enije konstantno me\u0161anje &#8211; zato, znate \u0161ta vam je \u010diniti!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>4. Ka\u010damak na stotinu na\u010dina<\/h3>\n<p>Ovo nije preterivanje! Ka\u010damak ili palenta se zaista mogu skuvati na sto na\u010dina, pa je prava avantura upustiti se u pripremu iste. Kako god ga nazvali, ovo <strong>tradicionalno jelo od kukuruznog bra\u0161na i vode \u0107e vam se sigurno dopasti<\/strong>. Kad je voda provrila, postepeno dodavati palentu i uz neprekidno me\u0161anje kuvati na tihoj vatri desetak minuta dok se ne postigne \u017eeljena gustina i dok se kukuruzni griz (palenta) ne ukuva. Na kraju dodati sastojke po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekstra savet: Ka\u010damak \u0107e biti neuporedivo ukusniji ako u njega dodate <a href=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/srpski\/kajmak-nezamenljivo-dobar-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kajmak<\/a>, sir, pavlaku ili pr\u017eenu slaninicu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>5. Proja, ali ona prava<\/h3>\n<p>Proja je i danas \u201cgost\u201d mnogobrojnih trpeza i gotovo <strong>sastavni deo srpskog predjela ili mezea<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, za ve\u0107inu modernih varijanti ovog jela ne bi se moglo re\u0107i da spadaju u pravu, autenti\u010dnu proju. U \u010demu je razlika? U sastojcima. Naime, u staru proju ne idu jaja, sir, jogurt a ni meso. Sve to varja\u010dom izme\u0161ati i sipati u tepsiju podmazanu ma\u0161\u0107u i staviti u unapred zagrejanu rernu, na 230 stepeni C, i pe\u0107i oko 15-20 min. Ispe\u010denu proju ovla\u0161 poprskati vodom, prekriti je kuhinjskom krpom i ostaviti da se prohladi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekstra savet: Proju slu\u017eiti umesto hleba, uz <a href=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/srpski\/sarma-jelo-koje-nikada-ne-dosadi-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sarmu<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/srpski\/gospodari-zimske-hrane-srpska-jela-kojima-necete-odoleti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">podvarak<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/srpski\/njujorcani-odusevljeni-prebrancem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prebranac<\/a> ili punjene paprike.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kada vam slede\u0107i put ponestane kulinarske inspiracije, setite se nekog od ovih starih specijaliteta. Sigurni smo da \u0107e vam njihova jednostavna priprema prijati, a jedinstven ukus obradovati.
