Interesantan specijalitet posebnu pa\u017enju je izazvao ove godine, okupiv\u0161i rekordan broj posetilaca i ljubitelja kulinarskih ume\u0107a. Zbog toga je i \u010duveni <strong>\u201cNjujork post\u201d prebranac okarakterisao kao \u201cjelo u trendu\u201d, idealno za hladne zimske dane.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ipak, <strong>razlike izme\u0111u srpskog i francuskog prebranca definitivno postoje<\/strong>. Osnovna je ta \u0161to se za pripremu kasulea koristi znatno manje luka, ali i prezle, belo vino i ruzmarin, \u0161to nije slu\u010daj sa srpskim prebrancem. O ukusima se, kako ka\u017eu, ne raspravlja. Ukoliko vas, pak, zanima koje jelo je ukusnije, mi vam dajemo recepte za oba prebranca, pa prosudite sami.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept za kasule<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1-2 stabljike celera<\/p>\n<p>1-2 \u0161argarepe, ise\u010dena na kockice<\/p>\n<p>1 \u0161olja pile\u0107e supe<\/p>\n<p>1 \u010da\u0161a belog vina<\/p>\n<p>2-3 grane sve\u017ee maj\u010dine du\u0161ice i \/ ili ruzmarina<\/p>\n<p>konzervirani paradajz ise\u010den na kockice<\/p>\n<p>2 ka\u0161i\u010dice soli<\/p>\n<p>1-2 ka\u0161i\u010dice sve\u017ee samlevenog crnog bibera<\/p>\n<p>1 dimljena kobasica<\/p>\n<p>2 dimljena ili sve\u017ea svinjska kotleta<\/p>\n<p>1 par\u010de slanine<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd \u0161olje prezle<\/p>\n<p>2 ka\u0161ike maslaca<\/p>\n<p>So i biber<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong>: Podesite\u00a0pe\u0107nicu na 325 stepeni. Pome\u0161ajte sve sastojke osim mesa, i proverite za\u010dine. Polovinu pome\u0161ane smese stavite u holandsku <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-43938\" src=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/c6k8e9-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"Cassoulet\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serbia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/c6k8e9-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/serbia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/c6k8e9.jpg 664w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>pe\u0107 ili duboku tepsiju koja mo\u017ee da se pokrije, zatim stavite sloj mesa, ostavljaju\u0107i pola slanine za vrh. Prekrijte sa preostalim pasuljem me\u0161avinu, i na kraju stavite slaninu. Pokrijte.<\/p>\n<p>Pecite najmanje sat vremena pre nego \u0161to proverite. Ako posle jednog sata ima puno te\u010dnosti, uklonite poklopac i kuvajte dole ako je potrebno. Ako nema dovoljno te\u010dnosti, pa smesa postaje suvi\u0161e suva, dodajte malo preostale te\u010dnosti u kojoj se kuvao pasulj.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremite koru: pome\u0161ajte prezle sa istopljenom\u00a0ma\u0161\u0107u i za\u010dinima.\u00a0Kada kasule nabubri i pasulj omek\u0161a, prekrijte sa prezlama. Pove\u0107ajte temperaturu na 375 i pecite dodatnih 15 do 20 minuta dok se mrvice zapeku.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Prebranac je uvek rado vi\u0111en gost srpskih trpeza u zimskom periodu, a poznat je i kao\u00a0 grav\u010de na tav\u010de ili zape\u010deni pasulj.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Recept za prebranac:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g pasulja<\/p>\n<p>3 dl ulja<\/p>\n<p>1 kg crnog luka<\/p>\n<p>2 \u010de\u0161nja belog luka<\/p>\n<p>1 list lorbera<\/p>\n<p>aleva paprika<\/p>\n<p>mleveni biber<\/p>\n<p>so<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong>: Beli pasulj staviti u lonac, naliti hladnom vodom i kuvati do klju\u010danja. Tada ga ocediti, naliti vrelom vodom i kuvati dok ne omek\u0161a, vode\u0107i ra\u010duna da se ne prekuva. Potom ga ocediti od vode. O\u010distiti crni luk i staviti ga u hladnu vodu da postoji desetak minuta. Zatim ga ise\u0107i na tanke <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-38565\" src=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/prebranac-300x221.jpg\" alt=\"Prebranac\" width=\"300\" height=\"221\" \/>kolutove. Jedan deo ulja zagrejati u \u0161erpi i ispr\u017eiti crni luk da porumeni. Dodati malo mlevenog bibera, aleve paprike i so po ukusu. Tepsiju podmazati, pa na dno ravnomerno, staviti red pasulja. Preko njega staviti ispr\u017eenog luka. Ovo ponoviti dok se ne utro\u0161i pasulj i luk. Svaki red luka zalivati preostalim ulem. Posledni red mora da bude pasulj. Odozgo staviti jedan list lorbera, dva \u010dena belog luka i po \u017eelji jednu ljutu suvu papriku. Potom preko svega dobro zaliti uljem. Pe\u0107i u zagreanoj rerni oko pola \u010dasa.<\/p>\n<p>Prebranac je, ina\u010de, jelo \u0107ete te\u0161ko mo\u0107i da izbegnete ukoliko se na\u0111ete na proslavi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/srpski\/o-srbiji\/kultura\/etno-naslede\/narodni-obicaji\/krsna-slava\/\" target=\"_blank\">ku\u0107nog sveca<\/a> ili na bilo kom drugom doga\u0111aju u Srbiji. <strong>Kod nas je pasulj popularno jelo tokom \u010ditave godine, ali se u hladnim danima \u010dorbast zamenjuje gustim pasuljom \u2013 prebrancem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to ovom jelu daje specifi\u010dan ukus jeste priprema u specijalnim glinenim posudama ili vi\u0161esatno kr\u010dkanje.
