Postojan ukus \u0107e vas toliko zasititi da vam ne\u0107e pasti na pamet da okusite ne\u0161to drugo u narednih par sati, a mnogi ka\u017eu i da je <strong>najbolji recept protiv mamuluka<\/strong>. Me\u0161tani Zlatibora i okolnih sela u \u0161ali vole da naglase kako je ova lepinja <em>\u201elek za sve\u201c<\/em>. Uostalom, najbolje je da se uverite sami.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Smatra se da je komplet lepinja nastala pre Drugog svetskog rata. Brendirao ju je Dragan Lazi\u0107, a ime je najverovatnije dobila po majstorima koji su je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e jeli. Naime, majstori su slali u\u010denike da im kupe lepinje sa jajima, kajmakom i pretopom, ali im je bilo lak\u0161e da ka\u017eu da kupe lepinju sa sve, pa joj je tako ime i ostalo.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Svakako je preporu\u010dljivo da ovaj specijalitet pojedete za doru\u010dak. Veliki broj kalorija da\u0107e vam snagu za \u0161etnju, razgledanje i u zimskim mesecima skijanje na planini \u201ezlatnih borova\u201c. <strong>Obi\u010dno se uz lepinju naru\u010duje hladan zlatiborski jogurt, ili jo\u0161 bolje, doma\u0107e kiselo mleko<\/strong> koje se na ve\u0107ini mesta slu\u017ei u zemljanim posudama. Ova kombinacija garantuje kompletan u\u017eitak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-36326\" src=\"http:\/\/www.serbia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/komplet2-300x280.jpg\" alt=\"komplet2\" width=\"300\" height=\"280\" \/>Za ovaj specijalitet potrebna je sve\u017ea lepinja, stari kajmak, jaje i pretop<\/strong>. Ukus lepinje umnogome zavisi od kvaliteta sastojaka. Ukoliko su lepinja i kajmak doma\u0107i, po mogu\u0107stvu iz u\u017ei\u010dkog kraja, imate dobru osnovu za ukusnu komplet lepinju. Naravno, va\u017eno je i da li lepinju pe\u010dete u rerni ili u pe\u0107i na drva, kao \u0161to to rade majstori za ovo jelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prema mi\u0161ljenju mnogih,<strong> najva\u017eniji sastojak u komplet lepinji je pretop, moca, mo\u010da ili soft.<\/strong> Kako god da se nazove, ne mo\u017ee se pore\u0107i da ovaj magi\u010dni \u201eza\u010din\u201c daje u\u017ei\u010dkom specijalitetu poseban i so\u010dan ukus. Pored toga, on komplet lepinji daje i neverovatno veliki broj kalorija. Ali, ko pored sve\u017eeg vazduha i nestvarne prirode Zlatibora razmi\u0161lja o kalorijama?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Pretop se dobija tako \u0161to se uhvati mast posle pe\u010denja jagnjeta i praseta, pome\u0161a se i ostavi da se ohladi. Ipak, kako god odlu\u010dite da sma\u017eete ovaj specijalitet iz Zapadne Srbije, sigurno je da \u0107ete njegov ukus dugu pamtiti. Prijatno!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recept: Lepinja se zase\u010de po horizontali sa blagim udubljenjem prema sredini, tako da bude otprilike kao posuda a gornji deo kao poklopac. Donji deo se prema\u017ee kajmakom. Jaje se umuti i prelije preko kajmaka. Zatim se donji deo lepinje stavi u zagrejanu pe\u010bnicu i pe\u010de oko 10 minuta (zavisno od toga da li volite &#8220;\u017eivlju&#8221; ili &#8220;re\u0161iju&#8221; lepinju). Poklopac se stavi u pe\u010bnicu neposredno pred izvla\u010denje lepinje da se zagreje.
